Hola!

My name is Luciano Noel Castro and I’m a 42-year-old optimistic, life-loving nerd.

I live by this sentence:

“Life is an amazing trip and every person you meet in your path will teach you something.

So, in a world where you can be anything, be kind.

A beloved daughter.

A childhood in Argentina.

First in Mar Del Plata and then in Buenos Aires, comfortable in some ways, unconventional and complicated in others.

With the focus on the people and relationships that matter, I look into the future by trying to anticipate it.

It’s risky but exciting.

I love life and all the things it can offer.

All the obstacles I have stumbled upon have shaped me in the man, the father, the professional, the businessman that I am today. These obstacles, along with success, made me understand that in the end it doesn’t matter so much what you have, but how you achieved it.

It is not about the destination but how and with who you travel.

It’s true that life gets hard at times, but if you have dreams, clear goals, ambition, courage, and vision you can conquer the future and and shape it in a way you want it.

The business we want to do.

I have always faced challenges with optimism and creativity: I value time and love.

Experiences and people. Ideas and goals.

I dream big and create products, where creativity applied to digital is the leitmotif that guides my work, but without neglecting the factor that matters most of all, the human one.

Because the creation of a digital product requires empathy and understanding – the perfect osmosis of supply and demand, expertise, and humanity.

Today, I’m many things: an author (eleven books on sector published and two more to be released), a speaker, founder, and the CEO of Castro & Partners (Product Management firm), Anomadic Business, and Anomadic.

I invest and work with startups and Fortune 500 companies and I was called by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in Italy to lead the Cloud Program of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (1 billion euros).

Before (all of) this? I was the CTO and CEO of companies in the Aruba group, with studies in psychology (my first passion) that had little to do with the first jobs obtained in the ICT world (my second passion). I became an expert in the sector: I worked in the morning and studied at night.
