I’m a senior manager with over 15 years of executive leadership experience within start-ups and global technology companies like Aruba, Swarovski and many others.
I have been appointed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in Italy to lead the Recovery Fund for Cloud Investments (1 Billion Euros).

As a CTO/CEO, I’ve managed thousands of technical projects in collaboration with remote, cross-functional teams ranging from a few members to over 700.
Driven by my passion and success in the SaaS start-up niche, I founded a consultancy firm to help other start-ups and entrepreneurs maximize operational efficiency, deliver amazing digital products, and generate significant revenue growth.

I am an author of 11 books and an International Conference Speaker.

I’m also a Business Angel and a member of the Valuation Committee of the Italian Business Angels Association.

I am the creator of the first startup success prediction algorithm (www.fortestream.com) and have guided more than thirty companies from startup to scaleup.
