We use RFQ process as a primary way to invite suppliers to bid on a product, such as a piece of hardware, or on a service, like a maintenance contract. RFQs help you keep costs down by managing the bidding process. The vendor selection is a subsidiary process that allows clearly stating, defining and approving those vendors which meet set requirements.
With RFP we outline the bidding process and contract terms and provide guidance on how bids should be formatted and presented. They are generally reserved for complex projects. Our process empowers an organization to take appropriate measures for controlling cost, reducing potential risks related to vendors, ensuring excellent service deliverability, and deriving value from vendors in the long-run.
